Shipping Information
At Misfits United, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. We partner with Australia Post to provide reliable shipping options across Australia, offering both convenience and flexibility to suit your needs.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is sent via Australia Post eParcel, with delivery typically taking between 1-7 working days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Tracked shipment included.
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $75.00 within Australia.Express Shipping
Express shipping is dispatched via Australia Post Express Post, with a typical delivery time of 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are typically shipped the same business day (subject to availability). Express orders are prioritised, but please note that all orders are subject to high demand at certain times. Tracked shipment included.

If you’ve purchased items from our store (www.misfitsunited.com.au), you can opt for Store Pickup. Orders will be available for collection within 1-2 working days after your purchase.
Packaging
We take care in packaging your order securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Items are wrapped with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes where needed. High-value items, such as trading cards, are protected in top-loaders for additional security.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock and ready to ship. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight or volumetric weight of your order, in line with the rates set by Australia Post. We ensure transparency in shipping fees, so the amount you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay. There are no hidden fees.
Shipping Delays
Please note that during peak trading periods, such as sales or new product launches, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. Additionally, we follow both state and national holidays, so be sure to plan ahead if your order is time-sensitive.

Returns & Refund Policy
At Misfits United, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help. Please review our returns policy below for online and in-store purchases.
General Returns & Refund Eligibility
We comply with all consumer rights under Australian law, as outlined by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC). You may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement if your item meets the necessary conditions.

If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and notify you once it’s complete.
Change of Mind Returns
Online Orders
If you've changed your mind, you can request a refund before the item has shipped.
Once an item has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot accept change of mind returns for online orders.
In-Store Purchases
We may accept a change of mind return for in-store purchases if the following conditions are met:
The return is made within 30 days of the original purchase.
You provide valid proof of purchase (see below).
The item is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, with all tags and seals intact.
Accepted Proof of Purchase:
Original store receipt (paper, photo, or digital)
Online tax invoice (order confirmations are not accepted)
Gift receipt or return/exchange receipt
Please note: It is your responsibility to provide proof of purchase. Team members are unable to retrieve purchase records on your behalf.
Change of Mind Refund Fees
A processing fee applies to all approved change of mind refunds. This fee reflects charges from our payment providers and varies depending on the original payment method.
In-Store Purchases:
Credit Card: 0%
Online Purchases:
Credit Card: 2%
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the same currency. Misfits United is not responsible for any currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Credit Card: Refunded to the same card. If the card is cancelled or expired, we will issue the refund via bank transfer.
Refund & Return Timelines
Returns typically arrive at our store within 2–5 business days.
Once received, we aim to process your return within 1–3 business days.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your financial institution to clear the funds back to your account.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We may request photos of the defect to help resolve the issue quickly and accurately.
Please note that minor packaging imperfections or variations in handcrafted products are not considered faults.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you received an item different from what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll work with you to correct the issue promptly.
